Where are your goods are manufactured?

Our Bakhoor is handmade in Malaysia, we only produce a small batch when necessary. To manufacture our Bakhoor we usually make it with sustainable Agarwood powder or small chips from Malaysian plantation trees. Perfume Bakhoor oil is made in France & it has been only formulated for incense application by one of the well known fragrance manufacturers in Grasse area near the "French riviera".

Our perfumes are made in France or UAE (read description) & our scented prayer mats are handcrafted in Indonesia. We only select premium quality ingredients/raw materials.

How does your product/service work/payment methods?

It's an online store, select the item desired, fill in all the necessary information (address of delivery etc...) pay us by using your debit/credit card (we only use secure payment gateways Stripe & PayPal) then wait for your tracking number. Once received, enjoy the fumigation :)

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. It's the local Malaysia currency. At the beginning of May 2024 the exchange rate was 1 MYR = 0.20 USD

Shipping information ? We do ship worldwide through DHL Express Malaysia. From 1 to 500 gm the cost remains the same. You will know the exact shipping cost at the checkout. DHL is fast, reliable & the most important is that they accept to ship the perfume oil alcohol free. We usually ship within 1 to 2 days after receiving your order. Then we'll send you an email with your tracking number. On Malaysian public Holidays, we do not ship parcels. As a receiver/client you bear the cost of any import custom taxes.

IMPORTANT info about perfume shipment

If you want the benefit of a cheaper shipping cost & you do not intend to buy perfume, just select the following "Post Economy" it's much more cheaper than DHL Express. You also get a tracking number (delivery 1 to 2 weeks) depending on your location.

If you intend to purchase perfume you can only select DHL express. Post Malaysia strictly refuses any liquid. Only DHL accepts to ship liquid/perfume. Our MSDS has been approved by DHL Malaysia, our perfume oil is not DG (Dangerous goods) for air transportation, It's not flammable.

If by mistake you choose Post Economy for your perfume order, we will have to cancel it (we'll inform you through email about the cancellation). After that you'll be able to order again.

Do you accept the return of goods?

For hygiene purposes for the perfume, we do not accept any return/exchange.

For the Bakhoor we do not accept any return/exchange.

For both we strongly recommend that you to order first the sample set in order to be sure about your purchase.

We'll only send you a new item free of charge (you only bear the shipping cost) if you send us proof (picture) that your item has been broken or damaged. Please send us the picture within 2 days after receiving your product.

We'll also send you a new item free of charge if it has been lost or stolen after we do a claim with the shipper (Post Malaysia/ DHL) and after their investigation is closed. We'll send you a new item and we'll also bear the shipping cost.
